The PCA FSR Board of Directors
is committed to offering club activities that are consistent with the
desires of its membership. To this end, this survey is offered so that
PCA FSR members may provide feedback regarding PCA FSR programs. The
feedback you provide will be used for establishing objectives for the
upcoming 2005 calendar year. We look forward to your comments...... For each of the major
categories of club activities that follows, please specify the level of
