A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
"The health of the First Settler's Region is strong
and vibrant. We have lots of enthusiasm for all the events and
make the most of the PCA motto "It's not just the cars, it's the
people". Our goal for 2008 is to increase participation from our
less active members and to get more people involved in our variety of
